Property Management
Our full service property management division is dedicated to caring for quality properties and keeping them occupied with satisfied tenants. Satisfied tenants are more likely to renew their lease, pay on time and care for their homes.

Our team approach to property management features specialized service departments that apply expert service directly to the servicing of your account.  Bookkeeping, Maintenance and Repair, Leasing and Marketing and Account Management are all facets of property management that we believe require an expert in each specific field to provide the highest quality service.  Our team divides these duties according to each individual team member's strengths and expertise.  For legal matters we work closely with an independent attorney that specializes in property management issues. We manage residential and commercial properties throughout the Tucson area, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Vail, Marana and Catalina.



Rentals

Rincon Realty manages homes throughout the Tucson area. A moderate two bedroom one bath duplex unit rents for approximately $500 per month. A newer single family home with three bedrooms and two baths with a garage rents for only $850 to $1,000 a month. Finer homes with all the amenities including a pool may rent for $1,250 to $3,000 per month. Completely furnished homes are also available on a monthly basis ranging from $1,200 to $3,000 per month.     The Property Manager

    Property management is one of a number of specialized areas within Rincon Realty. Our Property Manger manages properties for owners as their agent. In acting as an agent, our firm and our managers act as a fiduciary and, therefore, owes all obligations imposed by the law of agency to each owner-principle. Our property managers are licensed by the Arizona Department of Real Esate and are committed to continuing eduction requirements to maintain their license and stay abreast of changes in the industry. 

    Each Property Manager has comprehensive specialized training enabling them to satisfactorily perform the functions accepted under the typical contract with the property owner.

    Expert management is necessary for income property to be a profitable investment. Competent management can provide a comprehensive, orderly program, on a continuing basis, of analyzing all of the investment aspects of a property to ensure a financially successful project.

    2.  Listing with photos on http://www.rinconrealty.com/.

    3.  Listing on all major real estate company website searches.

    4.  Signage on the property for the cost of installation and removal only.

    5.  Showing in person by a professional licensed leasing agent.

    6.  Listing on the availability list of Real Estate Direct.

    7.  Homes in base housing areas are listed on the military housing site http://www.ahrn.com/.

    8.  General Community Awareness -  as we have been providing homes for rent in the Tucson area since 1984.
