Rentals Rincon Realty manages homes throughout the Tucson area. A moderate two bedroom one bath duplex unit rents for approximately $500 per month. A newer single family home with three bedrooms and two baths with a garage rents for only $850 to $1,000 a month. Finer homes with all the amenities including a pool may rent for $1,250 to $3,000 per month. Completely furnished homes are also available on a monthly basis ranging from $1,200 to $3,000 per month. The Property Manager

In acting as an agent, our firm and our managers act as a fiduciary and, therefore, owes all obligations imposed by the law of agency to each owner-principle.
